Love grass, Weeping (Eragrostis elliotti ‘Wind Dancer’)
Narrow bluish blades in a shorter clumping grass. Native to open woods and sandy prairies in the Southeast, the airy open plumes of love grass move constantly on the slightest breeze. White flowers in summer turn straw-colored in fall. Likes sandier soils; drought tolerant once established.
